We will consult with you and then rewrite and reword the content on your main page or the page(s) of your choice, making sure to keep a conversational flow while placing keywords and phrases where appropriate to grab the attention of the search engine crawlers. We will also optimize meta tags, page titles, link text, and other onsite elements when necessary to assist with SEO. If there is not already a sitemap present (a page which clearly lists and links all the sub-pages of your website), we will create one.

• Promotional Page

We will consult with you and design a page on your site specifically geared at drawing in viewers according to your chosen keywords and phrases. It will be designed with optimization in mind to rank high in the search engines and entice potential clients and customers to your site.

• Search Engine Submission

We will regularly submit your site to the major search engines, including Google, Yahoo!, Ask, MSN, and dozens of others.

• Monthly Reports

You will receive a monthly written analysis of the progress of your SEO campaign based on bi-weekly reports on your site’s position in the SERPs. This will include a chart which illustrates the successes or failures of your SEO campaign. It will also include an analysis of what is affecting your position and a brief summation of our plans for the following month to improve results.

We will begin a press release campaign and publish one press release per month. For this, we will consult with you or your marketing team to generate relevant, newsworthy items and distribute them to various print and online media venues for publication. Press releases generally rank high in the SERPs, help brand your name, and drastically increase the flow of visitors to your site.

• Social Networking

We will set up profiles for your business on online social networks, such as MySpace and Facebook, and fill these pages with relevant content to attract visitors. We will register these profiles with relevant networking groups and communities to increase your visibility and brand your name. You will have full access to these accounts and be able to update, add content, publish blog entries, and expand your network as you see fit.

• Company Blog

We will register a weblog ("blog") for your business and publish entries on a bi-weekly basis. You will have full access to this blog and be able to add entries and customize it to your liking.

• Additional Techniques

We will consult with you and employ other tactics when necessary and appropriate, including registering your business with online business directories, submitting the site to secondary search engines, initiating link-building strategies for your website, and other legitimate SEO tactics. Any charges that would be incurred as a result of these tactics will be added to your quote and billed accordingly.
