We will do a thorough analysis of your company and figure out the key elements it will take to launch a successful pay-per-click campaign, including identifying your competition, keyword research, choosing a marketing area, copy writing for ads, and much more. |
- Consultation to determine your needs- We will discuss what you are looking to accomplish with your advertising. Some Realtors want traffic to their website while others are only looking for leads. We will base your pay-per-click campaign on what your goals are. We will also work with you on bidding philosophy and offer our input on what position should be bid for based on cost.
- Plan your budget- How much are you willing to spend in a month? In order to justify paying our management fees, we suggest a minimum $300 Google investment.
- Keyword selection based on client criteria- We will supply you with a list of suggested keywords (generally between 100-500 keywords or keyword phrases) based off our interview process with you. You will be able to review your list and reject any you don’t want to use.
- Put Keywords live on Google and Yahoo- Once you approve, we will setup your account on Google or Yahoo.
- Monitoring and Tracking of your account- We will continue to tweak your account and keywords to optimize for click thru and conversion rate.
